Upon completed payment for the applicable edition, Elkwai grants a nonexclusive,
nontransferable license to retain and use the purchased version:

Browser edition: one named user may use the software for internal business work,
including processing client-provided data that the user is authorized to process.

Developer kit: one purchasing organization may use and modify the supplied code
for its internal development, testing, and CI workflows.

Both editions permit internal backups and sharing generated reports with the
intended recipients. Neither permits redistribution or resale of the software,
sublicensing, publication of its source, or offering it as a public hosted service.
Ownership of customer inputs and generated reports remains with their owners.

No recurring payment or activation connection is required to run the downloaded
version. Future releases, maintenance services, custom integration, and unlimited
support are not included. Access to download the archive follows the term displayed
at checkout. A refunded purchase does not authorize continued use of the software.

The software identifies differences according to the selected rules. Users remain
responsible for reviewing results before taking action. It does not certify the
accuracy, completeness, legal status, or fitness of the underlying data.

The applicable purchase terms and mandatory legal rights continue to apply.
