Test the agreed behavior
- Use representative inputs and the documented environment.
- Keep untested, failed and exceptional outcomes distinct.
Retain the proof
- Reference a durable result, log, screenshot, report or signed record.
- A verbal demonstration is not durable acceptance evidence by itself.
Keep authority explicit
- Name the reviewer and acceptance owner.
- Passing a test does not authorize launch, payment or expanded scope.
