## The problem

- Invoice numbers, line totals and purchase references get retyped, then corrected again when a scan is unreadable or a document arrives twice.

## Delivery sequence

- Totals, required identifiers and duplicate documents have recorded checks.
- An unreadable or conflicting document reaches a reviewer rather than a fabricated answer.
