## The problem

- A webhook returns success while the business update is missing, or a replay creates a second entitlement, invoice or notification.

## Simpler alternatives

- Use the provider's supported event and replay interface. Keep stable event IDs, an idempotency record and reconciliation instead of assuming exactly-once network delivery.
