Build an acceptance and evaluation plan
Use retained evidence, explicit weights and mandatory criteria without converting unknowns into passes.
Make criteria testable
- A criterion should identify the observed behavior, test conditions and retained evidence.
- A demonstration can support acceptance only when the relevant conditions are represented.
Use weights carefully
- Weights make trade-offs visible; they do not waive a failed mandatory requirement.
- Keep unknown results unresolved and inspect individual failures before relying on an aggregate.
Separate release from promise
- Acceptance shows performance against the agreed cases at the review time.
- Production operation still needs monitoring, change control and recovery.
Keep the result reusable
The engagement studio carries the same workflow identity into six reviewable artifacts. It does not send a request, select a vendor, create a contract or approve a purchase.
