Human minutes cover the complete case before extra exception review. Cash share is the labor value you can actually avoid paying, not all released capacity. Enter zero only when a cost or effort is known to be absent. Blank means unknown.

Initial planning settings: 12 months, 100% target adoption and a one-month ramp. Edit these to fit your assumptions. Alternatives are not added together. Do not duplicate paid labor in support cost. No taxes, revenue gains or avoided losses are inferred.
Phase estimates and ownership
Phases are sequential working-day estimates, not a promised completion date. The initial calendar is Monday-Friday with no holidays. Zero days means a milestone. Blank means unestimated.
Phase budgets and the cost comparison's setup amount are different views of the same work. Do not add the implementation cost twice. Refine dependencies, holidays and progress in Delivery Planner.
