ElkwaiSolutionsOFFLINE BUSINESS SOFTWARE · VERSION 1.1.0
One import from several exports. Every row accounted for.
Map source columns, apply explicit rules and review duplicates within each file or across the whole batch. Export a combined import with separate source-row lineage, rejected originals and the evidence behind every transformation.

Renamed fields and explicit transformations, ready for your own destination-system review. IDs and decimal values remain text.
Missing required values, invalid shapes and selected duplicate cases, with source-row numbers and clear reasons.
A reusable template, original parsed rows, source hash where available, applied rules and a JSON change receipt in each file's folder.
The included fixture has eight rows: inconsistent casing, an exact copy, invalid email and date shapes, a missing required value, and a thousands-separated amount. With the displayed rules, four rows pass and four are retained for review.
| Input | Selected rule | Result |

2024-02-30 | Calendar date | Rejected; original retained |
| Repeated exact row | Separate exact copies | First valid copy retained; extra copy reviewed |
Bring up to ten files through one reusable mapping. Column order can differ; every mapped field must exist. Keep the combined accepted CSV separate from its source-row lineage, so extra audit columns do not disrupt your importer.
Exact-copy review retains the first valid mapped copy in selected file order. Repeated-ID review quarantines every ambiguous member and lists the fields that differ. Nothing guesses which amount, address or record is correct.
A complete row-disposition CSV links each source record to its output row or rejection reasons. Numbered file IDs distinguish identical filenames. Original parsed rows remain in each source folder.
Choose Cross-file example in the working preview. Compare exact-copy and repeated-ID policies, inspect duplicate groups, then download the complete illustrative audit. Old templates retain per-file behavior.
A single offline HTML application, instructions, license and signed release records in a private ZIP.

Verifying purchase and private download availability.
Tax is shown at checkout. A 30-day download retrieval window is separate from your continued offline use of the purchased version. Review the software license, purchase terms and privacy notice.
Rename columns and check required fields and email shapes. Nothing verifies mailbox ownership or sends messages.
Preserve product codes and leading zeros. Review duplicate identifiers rather than merging items with uncertain identity.
Check explicit date and decimal formats. Locale conversion, accounting reconciliation and business accuracy remain separate tasks.
UTF-8 comma, semicolon and tab files. 5 MB, 50,000 rows, 200 columns and 1 million cells per file; 20 MB input and 40 MB generated output per batch. Cell and issue audits cap at 50,000 with a clear truncation notice. CSV output includes every processed row.
