LazyGame: 3D Tile Match is a puzzle game. It does not require an account, does not ask for your name or email address, and does not sell personal information.

Information the app stores

LazyGame stores gameplay information locally on your device so the game can work correctly. This includes your unlocked level, last played level, best times, Z-Point balance, daily reward state, music setting, and fulfilled in-app purchase transaction identifiers used to avoid granting the same purchase twice.

In-app purchases

Optional Z-Point purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. LazyGame receives purchase status from StoreKit so it can grant purchased Z-Points. The developer does not receive or store your payment card details.

Ads and promotions

LazyGame may show optional reward-style promotional screens inside the game. The current iOS build uses bundled in-app promotional artwork and does not include a third-party advertising SDK. If a future version adds a third-party ad network, this policy and the App Store privacy details will be updated before release.

Analytics and tracking

The current iOS build does not include third-party analytics, third-party tracking, account registration, or location collection.

Biometric information

LazyGame does not collect fingerprints, voiceprints, face-geometry templates, or other biometric identifiers and does not use camera, microphone, photo-library, or facial-recognition access.

Children

LazyGame is a general-audience puzzle game and is not designed to collect personal information from children. Elkwai does not knowingly collect personal information online from a child under 13 through the app. If a child contacts support and identifies themselves as under 13, Elkwai will use the information only to answer a legally permitted one-time request or will delete it. A parent or guardian may request review or deletion at privacy@elkwai.com.

Support and website information

If you contact Elkwai outside the app, the information you submit is handled under the Elkwai Solutions Privacy Policy. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the support form.

Changes

This policy may be revised when LazyGame changes. Before a release adds an account, cloud storage, analytics, advertising SDK, location, communication feature, or another materially different data practice, Elkwai will update this notice and the applicable App Store disclosure. Where consent or another choice is required, the control will be provided before the new processing begins.
