AI Boutique Concierge Technology Services

Build more than a chatbot.

Start with a business task, not a technology shopping list. Elkwai Solutions builds AI systems that can use trusted information, connect to tools, move work forward, and keep people in control. A chatbot may be one interface; it is rarely the whole solution.

Choose the system your work actually needs.

Start with the work that matters. The technical choices follow from your users, information, existing systems, and operating constraints, not from a chatbot-shaped template.

Describe your project
01

AI systems, agents, and workflow automation

Build the useful system around the model: grounded knowledge, tool connections, structured actions, human review where needed, and a way to measure whether it helps.

Good first fit
Source-backed answers, document intake, information extraction, agent-assisted decisions, or a repetitive handoff.
Delivered
A focused system connected to approved information and the tools people use, with limits and review points documented.
Measured by
Useful completion, review effort, error rates, and exceptions—not model output volume.

02

Infrastructure and technology guidance

Make a confident next move on cloud, on-premises, local AI, identity, storage, integrations, reliability, or operating cost.

Good first fit
A planned upgrade, a system that is unreliable, or a decision about where AI should run.
Delivered
A practical assessment with options, tradeoffs, a recommended sequence, and implementation support if needed.
Measured by
Fit to the operating need, security and maintenance requirements, cost, and clear next actions.
Discuss a technology review
03

Custom software and connected systems

Build an app, internal tool, API, or MCP connection when existing products and manual steps do not fit the job.

Good first fit
A system gap that blocks a team, customer, or important workflow.
Delivered
Scoped software with integrations, tests, documentation, and an agreed handoff or support plan.
Measured by
The real task it completes, what it replaces, and how it behaves when something goes wrong.
Discuss software or integration work

Business operations, in one workspace.

Move from incoming requests and scattered assumptions to a plan, a calculation and an accountable next step. The Elkwai Solutions business workspace is available as a free beta.

Open the business workspace

From request to delivery

Prioritize service requests, plan dependencies and dates, build scope-based cost estimates, and compare committed work with available capacity. Prepare a contract response checklist, then keep follow-up work with its owner, priority, status and completion note.

Costs, cash flow and recurring commitments

Compare supplier costs, calculate stock coverage, review overdue invoice balances and subscription notice deadlines, or estimate a workflow improvement's time value and realized cash savings. Each report includes its calculation method and limits.

These calculations do not send messages, place orders or make changes in external systems. Download the records you need to retain: reports expire after 30 days, and work items expire 30 days after their last edit. The beta includes 20 runs per account per UTC day, without a payment or subscription signup.

Workspace data handling and limits

Need an integration or a workflow that keeps running? Compare an existing product with a scoped implementation, including costs, acceptance checks and optional support.

Elkwai Preflight & Closeout

Turn a commercial IT site survey into a work order, then reconcile the installation against that saved scope. A free pilot for network refreshes, new ISP circuits, Wi-Fi, structured cabling and new locations.

Open the pilot

Before installation

Record equipment, routes, available ports, power and site constraints. Read equipment labels locally from your photos, review the extracted values and keep their source reference. Get materials quantities from entered measurements, capacity shortages and unanswered questions.

After installation

Attach labeled photos and test documents. Record results against the original scope, preserve its hash and turn unfinished items into a punch list. Export the report or print it for review.

Sign in to manage projects or send a short-lived guest survey link to a site contact. Optional AI prioritizes existing questions. Label readings need review; automatic equipment identification and room measurement are not included. Files expire after 30 days.

Local AI, built for the work that needs to stay close.

Run a model and selected data processing on a workstation, a server you control, or an on-site device. The goal is not to make everything local by default. It is to put each part of the workflow where privacy, response time, reliability, cost, and capability make sense.

Discuss a local AI project

What stays local?

In a fully local workflow, prompts, retrieved documents, and model inference stay inside the environment you approve. A connected workflow may still use external email, cloud storage, APIs, or a larger cloud model for a specific step. Those routes should be explicit, permissioned, and visible, not hidden behind the word “local.”

Why choose it

  • More control over data flow. Keep selected documents and inference within your own environment.
  • Fast response nearby. Serve on-site teams and devices without a network round trip to a remote model.
  • Resilience when connectivity is limited. Keep bounded tasks working when an external service is unavailable.
  • Predictable use at steady volume. Hardware can make sense when the workload is frequent enough to justify it.

What you take on

  • Hardware and power. Capacity, concurrency, and model size are limited by the equipment you operate.
  • Ongoing maintenance. Models, dependencies, security updates, backups, and monitoring need an owner.
  • Capability trade-offs. Some tasks still perform better with a larger hosted model or a specialized service.
  • Security is not automatic. Local deployment still needs access controls, retention rules, testing, and incident planning.

Where local AI can do useful work

These are starting points, not a fixed product menu. Each one can operate alone or as part of a larger system.

Private knowledge search

Answer questions from approved files and internal records, with source references and permissions tied to the person asking.

Document intake

Extract fields, classify incoming material, flag exceptions, and prepare records for human review.

On-site voice and vision

Transcribe, summarize, or inspect approved media close to where it is created, subject to the hardware and model chosen.

Connected internal tools

Help staff find information or prepare actions in their existing systems while consequential changes require explicit approval.

Examples from our own work

These are systems Elkwai has built or piloted. They show concrete approaches, not a claim that each has been deployed for a customer.

Research pilot

ResearchRAG: scientific records with calculations

Local retrieval connects approved lab documents, papers, and data to cited answers. Dedicated tools handle ELISA 4PL/IC50 and qPCR analysis; the model does not substitute for those calculations.

A packaged pilot was handed to an external tester. Scientific interpretation still needs expert review.

Working local app

ThothX: reviewable audio research

Local whisper.cpp transcription turns approved recordings into searchable text. Briefs keep exact source quotes separate from human observations so a reviewer can check what was actually said.

Recording permission and final editorial judgment remain with the operator.

Internal workbench

GrAI-V: bounded engineering agents

A local engineering workbench routes tasks through tool manifests, scoped approvals, isolated workspaces, and reviewable changes. Runtime admission and memory safeguards keep work within the host's capacity.

Developed for controlled internal use, not offered as an unattended client deployment.

Working local system

RelAGs: large-document research

A macOS pipeline extracts PDF text into a SQLite search index with per-document writes and a durable job ledger. Scanned pages are marked for OCR instead of being silently treated as searchable text.

Searchable passages are evidence candidates; comparative conclusions require review.

Custom-fit, not just a model installed on a box.

Elkwai can assess the task, build the workflow around it, and test the result against real examples before anyone depends on it. Fine-tuning is an option when evidence supports it, not a default requirement.

Model and hardware
Choose a practical model, device, capacity, and fallback path for the workload.
Knowledge and permissions
Connect approved sources, retrieval, citations, identity, and retention rules.
Tools and approvals
Integrate local apps, APIs, and MCP tools with bounded actions and human review.
Evaluation and operations
Measure answer quality, task completion, latency, failure cases, and ongoing cost.

Local, cloud, or hybrid? The right answer may be a mix: keep sensitive retrieval and routine work local, then route only approved tasks elsewhere when the benefit is clear.

Plan a local AI project

A clear path from first conversation to a useful release.

Scope the first result before committing to a larger build. A pilot can be a working implementation, a contained technical validation, or an assessment when that is the right first step.

Start a project conversation
01

Map the current process

Identify users, inputs, tools, failure points, constraints, and what a better result means.

02

Agree on the first release

Set the output, price, milestones, acceptance checks and revision boundary. List third-party charges and any ongoing costs before committing.

03

Build, verify, and hand off

Test the agreed workflow, make limits and exceptions visible, then plan support or expansion if useful.
