Recover revenue
already in motion.

Find stalled opportunities, assign the next accountable action, stop follow-up when circumstances change, and measure what the operation recovers.

Connected workflows

Use the parts your operation needs.

Every workflow uses the same workspace, event contract, approval controls, suppressions, audit trail, and results model. A business can begin with one problem and add related workflows without rebuilding the operating system.

Operating contract

Actions remain accountable.

The engine will not invent authority. Each workspace defines which events may act automatically, which require approval, and which must stop.

  1. 01
    Receive a bounded event

The connected system sends an event and opaque customer or account reference—not a copied mailbox or CRM record.

  2. 02
    Apply workflow rules

State, timing, touch limits, suppression status, and customer policy determine the next permitted step.

  3. 03
    Place an accountable action

The result enters a ready, approval-required, held, completed, or cancelled state with a reason code.

  4. 04
    Record the outcome

Payments, replies, disputes, opt-outs, wrong contacts, appointments, and other workflow-specific outcomes update the case idempotently.

  5. 05
    Measure value

Recovered, protected, or advanced value is attached only to a recorded outcome and remains visible in the customer dashboard.

Exact commercial options

Start with a defined scope.

These are separate products with fixed Introductory pricing—not a range applied to unrelated work. Self-service options use Stripe Checkout. Managed and implementation work begin with scope confirmation.

Bring your business records through the API or a configured connector. A subscription provides the software; it does not automatically connect your inbox, CRM, or payment account. Connector implementation is separately scoped. The diagnostic produces findings, not guaranteed recovered revenue.

Managed service and implementation are separate engagements, not automatic upgrades. The written scope identifies any required product subscription, third-party charges, included review time and support responsibilities. Review project and operating costs.

Controls and limitations

Automation does not erase responsibility.

  • A workspace must have a documented operating basis before external marketing or customer follow-up is enabled.
  • Payment, dispute, opt-out, wrong-contact, and suppression events stop applicable pending actions.
  • The system supports operational decisions; it is not a substitute for legal, accounting, collections, or compliance review.
  • Customer contact details, full messages, and documents remain in the connected source system rather than the Elkwai event store.
