• Destination column names, types and reviewer ownership

2. Compare reviewed reference fields against the proposed extraction; inspect missing and wrong values separately.
3. Map accepted fields into the import layout, retaining rejected records and correction receipts.
4. Commission only the missing connector or review queue, with duplicate handling and an operating handoff.

Agree on acceptance

• Every exported value links to its reviewed source or is explicitly absent.
• Totals, required identifiers and duplicate documents have recorded checks.
• An unreadable or conflicting document reaches a reviewer rather than a fabricated answer.

Measure the useful result

• Field correctness and omissions by document type
• Review and correction minutes per document
• Duplicate effects and rejected-record age

Record the baseline and actual work, including failures and review. Saved time is capacity unless a real paid cost is avoided.
