Moodoku is a general-audience puzzle game from Elkwai Solutions, LLC. The current iOS release does not include third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking SDKs and does not collect personal information for Elkwai advertising or analytics.
Information stored on the device
Moodoku stores game state locally so the app can work. This may include puzzle and campaign progress, completion state, best times, scores, games played and won, tutorial state, daily rewards, virtual currency, power-ups, unlocked and selected themes, accessibility choices, audio and haptic settings, and purchase-entitlement state. This information is not automatically sent to Elkwai Solutions.
Game Center
Moodoku supports Apple Game Center. If Game Center is enabled and authenticated, the app may submit scores and achievement progress and may display Apple's Game Center dashboard. Apple processes the Game Center account, player identity, leaderboard, and achievement information under Apple's privacy policy and account settings. Elkwai does not receive your Apple Account password.
In-app purchases
Optional purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit and the App Store. Moodoku receives product and entitlement status so it can unlock purchased features and restore purchases. Elkwai Solutions does not receive or store your full payment-card information.
Analytics, advertising, location, and tracking
The current iOS release declares no collected data types in its Apple privacy manifest and does not track users across apps or websites. It does not include a third-party advertising or analytics SDK and does not request precise or approximate location.
Biometric information
Moodoku does not collect fingerprints, voiceprints, face-geometry templates, or other biometric identifiers and does not use camera, microphone, photo-library, or facial-recognition access.
Children
Moodoku is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children for Elkwai Solutions. If a child contacts support and identifies themselves as under 13, Elkwai will use the information only to answer a legally permitted one-time request or will delete it. A parent or guardian may request review or deletion at privacy@elkwai.com. Apple services used on a device remain governed by the device holder's Apple Account, family, and parental-control settings.
Deletion
You can remove Moodoku's app-managed local information by deleting the app, subject to operating-system backup behavior. Game Center scores, achievements, purchases, and Apple account records are managed through Apple and may remain under Apple's retention rules.
Support and website information
If you contact Elkwai outside the app, the information you submit is handled under the Elkwai Solutions Privacy Policy. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through the support form.
Changes and contact
Before a release adds an account, cloud storage, analytics, advertising SDK, location, communication feature, or another materially different data practice, Elkwai will update this notice and the applicable App Store disclosure.
