Kwideo is software from Elkwai Solutions, LLC. App Store distribution is governed by Apple platform terms and the applicable license shown at purchase or download.

License
Unless a custom Kwideo license is provided in App Store Connect or another signed written agreement, Kwideo is licensed under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement for App Store apps.
Use of Kwideo
Kwideo is provided for video editing, media organization, project recovery, review, and export workflows. You are responsible for the rights, permissions, storage, backup, and lawful use of the media, fonts, plug-ins, accounts, and services you use with the app.
Media and Output
Projects, source media, exports, snapshots, and delivery files remain under the user's control. Format availability depends on the device, operating system, installed codecs, source media, and third-party vendor runtimes.
Free Editing and Pro
Free editing and local export do not require an account or subscription. Free video and current-frame image exports include the Kwideo watermark and support up to 4K. Free video exports and captures are limited to seven minutes at every resolution; Free projects support up to nine video effects. The optional non-consumable Kwideo Pro purchase removes these limits on Mac and iPad using the same Apple Account, and enables up to 8K export on supported hardware. Pro also unlocks isolated capture tracks and portable animation, scene, character-sequence and dialogue voice-audio exports. Editing, previews and saving assets inside Kwideo remain available without Pro. Apple displays the price before purchase; Restore Purchases is available. Supported resolutions depend on hardware and codecs.
Record screens, people, and content only with the necessary permissions. Mac recording supports user-selected windows or displays and available cameras. iPad's in-app screen recorder captures Kwideo, not other apps' windows.
Third-Party Services
Optional services such as Frame.io are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Kwideo connects to those services only when the user chooses to authenticate and perform a related action.
Support
Support is available by email at support@elkwai.com. Include the device, operating system, Kwideo version, project settings, source format, exact steps, and full error text when reporting an issue. Do not send confidential footage unless a secure transfer method has been agreed in advance.
Privacy
The Kwideo privacy policy explains local file handling, optional Frame.io account use, permissions, retention, and contact details.
Business or Custom Licensing
Any private build, custom software delivery, enterprise installation, consulting engagement, or business workflow integration requires a separate written scope or agreement. Public App Store terms do not grant custom service commitments.
