Concierge Technology Services · AI Boutique

Technology projects, software & services.

A ready-made tool when it fits. A focused pilot when your workflow needs something different. A production system when the result is worth expanding. Elkwai Solutions connects the task, the scope and the cost before you commit.

Start with the problem, not the technology.

Compare a useful first check with the software or service that takes the work further.

What is the repeated task costing you?

Compare the time spent today with the time still needed to run, review and correct the new workflow. These are your planning assumptions, not measured savings or an Elkwai Solutions quote.

A useful first conversation, already organized.

The selected need and offer are included. Add only the context you want to share; no passwords, customer records or confidential source files.

The handoff is stored in this tab's session and expires after two hours. Using or discarding it removes the stored copy. Continuing opens an editable contact form; it does not send the brief, authorize outreach or start billing. Your notes and estimate values are not included in URLs or analytics.

Choose the right starting point.

Ready-to-use software

Buy a license for the purchased version and run it on your device. The product page identifies the users, use rights and delivery method. Paid upgrades and managed support are not automatically included.

Data and workflow subscriptions

Pay monthly for a named product and its included scope. Review the fields, coverage, release dates, usage limits and access methods. Self-managed access does not include a custom implementation or someone operating it for you.

Scoped client projects

Commission an assessment, pilot or implementation. We agree on outputs, milestones, acceptance checks and a payment schedule before work starts. Larger work has a written quote; support is optional and separately agreed.

Review pilots and services

A dated data snapshot is a one-time product, not a continuing feed. Free tools and explicitly free beta workspaces do not start a paid plan automatically.

Your project plan, before work begins.

A useful proposal explains the business result and how we will deliver it. It does not require you to pick a model, framework or cloud provider first.

Problem and alternativesThe current process, users, volume and cost of the problem. Compare a ready-made tool, ordinary automation, an AI-assisted workflow and a custom build where relevant.
Scope and outputsNamed inputs, integrations, deployment environment and deliverables. List what is excluded and what the customer needs to provide.
Milestones and timingDelivery stages, target dates, dependencies and review points. Dates reflect the agreed work and access needed, not a universal turnaround promise.
Checks and changesAgree on examples and measurable acceptance checks, including failure handling. Define included revisions and how added scope changes the price or timeline.
Price and paymentSeparate implementation, product licenses, recurring operation and third-party charges. State payment dates and any customer-approved spending limits.
Ownership and handoffState the rights to use the delivered work and any existing software it depends on. Include operating instructions, access responsibilities, recovery and the agreed support boundary.

Know what you are paying for.

Building and connecting

  • A pilot or implementation pays for the agreed work, not an unlimited list of requests.
  • API and MCP are access methods for capabilities included in your product, not a second generic access fee.
  • Custom connector development is separate work. The quote identifies any underlying license or subscription it needs.
  • A starting price is a minimum for a custom scope, not the price of every possible system.

Running and maintaining

  • Subscriptions pay for the listed recurring product scope. Human operation is a separately defined managed service.
  • Hosting, hardware, model usage and other third-party charges are identified in the plan. They are not silently included in an unrelated product price.
  • Managed care states the systems covered, review effort, support responsibilities and any response commitments.
  • No pilot automatically becomes a subscription, and no product purchase automatically commissions a custom project.

Use the automation cost calculator for an initial estimate. Compare current effort with the time still needed to run and review the new workflow, then include implementation and operating costs. Estimates are not measured savings; a pilot can establish the actual result.

Purchases, delivery and support.

One-time softwareData Workbench purchases currently allow 30 days to retrieve the ZIP. Keep the purchased version for continued offline use under its license. The download window does not turn the software into a subscription.
Dated dataSnapshots provide the dated release and the access term stated on the product page. They do not promise future releases or continuous monitoring.
Monthly subscriptionsThe selected plan renews monthly until canceled. Manage billing in your account; access continues through the paid period. Review the price, tax and included scope in checkout before paying.
Custom workThe accepted scope controls the deliverables, schedule, payment and support. Any recurring charges and optional expansion are identified separately.
Apps and audio softwareApp-store products and Quosine audio software have their own published licenses and store terms. They are not automatically included in a data or service subscription.

Product terms and an accepted project agreement govern the purchase; this page explains the buying options. Introductory prices are current offers, not a promise that future prices will never change. We do not guarantee savings, recovered revenue or investment returns.

Before you choose.

Do I need a subscription to use the free tools?

No. Public browser tools do not require a paid plan. The business workspace is a free beta with published usage and retention limits. Neither starts billing automatically.

Workspace limits & data handling
Can I buy software without commissioning a project?

Yes. Data Workbench is a one-time purchase for the selected edition or bundle. Custom rules, connections and managed operation are separately scoped.

Can a pilot become a production system?

Yes, through a separately agreed implementation. The proposal defines deployment, acceptance checks, ownership, ongoing costs and optional support. No pilot converts automatically into a subscription.
