What is the repeated task costing you?
Compare the time spent today with the time still needed to run, review and correct the new workflow. These are your planning assumptions, not measured savings or an Elkwai Solutions quote.

Estimated value at three adoption levels| Adoption | Hours / month | Time value / month | Net value / month | Year-one net value | Payback |
|---|
Hours = monthly tasks × adoption × (current − proposed minutes) ÷ 60. Net monthly value = hours × hourly cost − full monthly operating cost. Year-one value subtracts implementation from 12 months of net value. Payback is calculated only for positive net value.
Freed time is capacity value, not necessarily cash savings. Adoption applies to task volume; operating costs remain fixed in all three scenarios. Estimates assume immediate steady-state adoption, exclude taxes, financing, ramp-up and unpriced risks, and can be negative. Include these costs in your decision and validate the assumptions during a pilot.
